Composite worker
Introduction
Stratos Yacht B.V., builder of luxury Dutch motor yachts (part of the Lengers Group) is looking for employees for our location in Lelystad. For our composite production We are immediately looking for composite workers.
For five decades and three generations, Lengers has been supplying exclusive yachts accompanied by exceptional service, with the customer at its heart. As a proud representative of the respected brands Sanlorenzo, Stratos, Prestige and Sacs both as dealer and partner in Northern and Southern Europe, we also have the privilege of representing all prestigious yacht brands as a trusted and certified exclusive yacht broker in the premium segment.
With its long and proven knowledge of the market and customer requirements, Lengers created the brand STRATOS into existence. The Stratos is an SUV on the water; a completely new and growing Dutch boat company that is characterized by unparalleled seaworthiness and sailing characteristics. The production takes place at our yard in Lelystad where the core values of quality and reliability are central. With a total of 8 locations at home and abroad, we are at home in the Mediterranean Mediterranean, where most of our customers sail.

What you will be doing
In the Composite Department, you will have to deal with different phases in the construction of the STRATOS with the corresponding different production methods, you will go through each phase and you and we will discover your talents and discuss and develop them together. Depending on what experience you already have or still need to develop, we will work with you to find the best workplace in the process.
A small impression of our facilities;
- Heated production areas of approx. 1750 m² in total
- Post-curing oven of about 110m², possible to heat up to 100° with corresponding measuring equipment.
- Separate heated and conditioned Prepreg room.
- Other heated Vinylester working areas
- Separate grinding room (approx. 180m²) with extraction and tools
- Completely new sanitary area with toilet facilities, showers and a changing room
- With the latest vacuum and injection machines, only the best materials are
processed
What we are looking for
- Experience with composite materials is an advantage’
- Willing to follow internal/external training courses
- Driven, independent and stress resistant
- Able to work in a structured way
- Affinity with the maritime sector
- You are an enthusiastic worker and you can work well in a team.
